The first figure above gives the total monthly payment for a repayment mortgage towards the capital loan amount.  The second figure shows the amount of interest payment only.  These figures are only to be taken as a guide though, to give the customer an idea of what they can afford.  Each customer is strongly advised to arrange a personal meeting with our advisors to accurately work out their financial situation before commencing with a mortgage.
